After leaving the hotel this morning (starting at 5 AM) we finally made it to Jaco, our first stop in Costa Rica. Everything went smoothly, and everyone made it into the country. Hunter (McDreamy) wins the prize for heaviest luggage: 64 lbs.
After we landed, we waited in line to go through immigration, grabbed our luggage, and met the Cannon family. We all loaded up on the bus, and headed out. On our way out of San Jose we stopped for lunch, and then on to the two hour trek to Jaco. Once in Jaco we split up in our rooms and some people headed to the pool/beach area and others hung out in their rooms.
We are about to go to dinner at the hotel where we will have a brief orientation with the Cannons. Everyone is exhausted, so pray that we get good rest tonight and we are fully ready to begin what God called us here to do!
